Above all it will make you feel so good that you won't even realise you're exercising!

The Zumba formula combines Latin dance styles such as Salsa, Samba, Merengue and Cumbia with Calypso, Reggaeton, Flamenco, Hip-Hop and Belly Dancing, ensuring your feet never stop moving.

What to wear?

We recommend you wear breathable clothing, gym gear is the perfect choice. As for shoes, dance sneakers are best for your feet, if you don’t have them any good training shoe with lateral support will work. Ideally, you want a sneaker with minimal grip and maximum padding ... Don’t forget water and a towel!!

Please be assured that all Zumba instructors who teach at Salsa Moves NZ Studio are licenced Zumba instructors and are listed on the website www.zumba.com.

Ditch the workout, join the party!!
